While there is no time component to this workout, a common way to approach “Gwen” is to set the work/rest periods.
Completing the set of 15 on the 0:00, the set of 12 on the 5:00, and the set of 9 on the 10:00 is a popular option.
Another option would be to simply rest 5 minutes between each set.
To preserve the stimulus and timeline of today’s workout, we can aim to complete these sets within a 20-minute window.
