This wod is written after our very own Franny 'don't underestimate her for her size' Monita!

She has accepted a travel assignment for work to Alaska and will be leaving us for the next few months.  This is her wod, with some of her favorite (and least favorite exercises!).  When you see her a hug and wish her safe travels and good luck on her work assignment :)
