Hurricane Harvey🇨🇱While we were blessed in San Antonio our friends to the south and east need our help. @beetsbydree is from Rockport and she will be making frequent trips down to the coast and we want to fill her Jeep with supplies!! 🔹Items that are needed are: heavy duty trash bags, work gloves, gas cans, socks, pet food, paper plates/disposable utensils, bug spray & sunscreen. She will update us with more items as the clean up progresses. If anyone wants to donate clothing (new or nearly new), toys, or other household items, Adrie will store them for us until the homes start being rebuilt. We will be accepting items at the gym beginning tomorrow and close collection on Sept 8.  So many people have asked how they can help...here we go Tobin Hill! Within these short intervals, we can look to have more time to work through the barbell the heavier it gets.  

Depending on what time you get back to your bar will also determine your strategy. If you are strong with this complex or short on time, going touch and go on the power cleans might get you the best possible score.

For many of us, three quick singles on the power cleans followed by 3 unbroken front squats and 3 unbroken push jerks will be more sustainable.  

Strive for consistent movement, minimize the amount of time the bar spends on the ground.  

Weight moves up from light to heavier, BUT DOABLE!
