50 Wallballs (20/14)
50 Double Unders
40 Box Jumps (24/20)
40 Toes to Bar  
30 Chest to Bar Pull-ups
30 Burpees
20 Cleans (145/100)
20 Jerks (145/100)
10 Snatches (145/100)
10 Ring Muscle-ups

To hit the proper stimulus, we want you to reach at least the jerks. Your coaches can assist in modifying loading and/or rep schemes to accomplish that...and more ;)

The weight on the barbell should be something that athletes could complete in 1-2 sets when fresh.  

For those of you who have no aspirations of competing locally or in the Open, we can replace ring muscle-ups with burpee pull-ups.
