No worries. Class wod every Friday will be the Open Wod. Get it done during an open gym time. Traveling? Drop in to a gym and do it there (email them first).
Worried you can't do the workout? No worries!
Just like in class, there is a modified version released, which we can always further scale as needed.
Wondering about doing RX or scaled? Don't have to worry about it yet! Once the first workout is released (Feb 22) we can figure out the best way for you to tackle this workout. Like we do. Everyday. In class!!
